Prem is the Founder & CEO of the Harvest Group founded in early 2000 he provides leadership to the business activities in transcription Services, training and Corporate service. He is a management graduate from IGNOU with a degree in economics from NEHU Shillong with over 25 years of expertise in the service industry related to merchant banking, financial service, software marketing, communication, media and All India Radio as a English News Reader .He helped establish several MTSOs both in India and Bangladesh as a pioneer in the transcription industry. Prem started his career with Wipro held senior positions at Prudential Capital, DSJ Group, Soft warehouse a associate of Zygox Inc and was the Associate Director of a International BPO company before he ventured into the Industry.
He is the recipient of Rashtrya Rattan Award, Pride of India Award and the Rajiv Gandhi Shiromoni Award from the Global Economic Council for his individual achievement and distinguished service to the nation. He is a member of AHDI, Canter of Creative Leadership NY , Difference Maker’s and moderates the Ideal leadership group with a passion for teaching leadership principles to secular and non secular communities. He is on board of several evangelistic organizations and is involved in the attitude training of their employees. Prem is actively involved with Business with a Mission and has incorporated this concept into Harvest.
Suresh is one of the founding directors Central Data Systems specializes in the areas of IT Infrastructure Products and Services. He provides leadership to the Sales ,Support and Finance division and has Bachelors of Engineering from Bangalore University with a MBA– Marketing, IGNOU.
Suresh provides best in-class solutions under one roof built around product and services from APC, Cisco, EMC, HP, IBM, Microsoft, NetApp, Riverbed, Sun, Tyco, and customized Linux Solutions .Suresh travels frequently overseas on presentations and seminar’s for these client.
On a personal note Suresh loves travelling, reading and music he is married to Rashma with two boys Shreyas & Suhas .Suresh is based in Bangalore and is actively involved with community service in his neighbourhood a elected leader of the residents welfare association at south avenue and brings a sea of IT information for the future growth of Harvest.
Chris is based in Sydney with his wife Selvi. He is employed as the Regional Manager for the Asia Pacific & Japan region for a leading multinational IT company. Chris holds a Masters in Information Technology and MBA from Australian University.
Chris is the founder of a Not-For-Profit organization - "Raj Ministries" which supports the immigrants in their spiritual counselling needs in the Western Sydney region.
He has over 20 years leadership experience in industries ranging from Engineering, Education to Information Technology. He has great passion for customer service, entrepreneurial ventures and project management and brings valuable Global Education knowledge to Harvest.
Dr Amit Mukerjee earned his Ph.D. in International Affairs at the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs, Syracuse University; he completed his MBA at the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota and his MA in International Relations at the University of Delaware.
Currently, he is a professor of Marketing and International Business courses in the School of Business at Stockton College in Pomona, New Jersey. Dr Mukherjee has also held visiting professor positions at Auburn University, University of Latvia in Riga and the Institute of International Relations in Hanoi, Vietnam.
Apart from being a Professor Amit has expertise in sales, marketing and general management while working for large multinationals and small, entrepreneurial organizations both in the U.S. and in India .He bring with him a vast experience of overseas business expertise and International business ethics . On a personal note Dr Mukherjee is married to Debbie a management professional herself now for over eleven years and has a son named Neal and daughter named Rani.
